SUNDAY MORNINGS
|
At 10:30am, we meet at Valley Neighbours Club, Diamond Valley, to worship our God.
Our regular Lord's Day Services include times of prayer, the reading of the Holy Scriptures, praising God through song, and the teaching of His Word. Led by the Holy Spirit, there are certain rhythms in our worship which the gathered-body are invited to participate in, such as corporate prayer and sung praise. We partake in the Lord's Supper weekly. |
Following the service, we have an extended time of fellowship together, which usually involves food and drinks.
MIDWEEK
|
On Wednesday evenings we meet at 7pm for a time of devotion.
This usually includes some singing to open the evening, then Bible study of a book, doctrine, or topic, and to round the night off we pray together. The Bible study is more discussion-based, rather than teaching from the pulpit. We give time for interaction and questions from those who are in attendance. Before praying together, typically we take the time as a group to share our needs, when appropriate, with each other, but no one is under any obligation to. We try to be Spirit-led in these things. This is a more informal gathering, and usually involves a good amount of visiting! We meet at a home for these meetings, so if you would like information about where we meet, please contact us. |
WORSHIP EVENINGS
|
Once a month on Sunday evenings at 6:30pm, we meet at Valley Neighbours Club, Diamond Valley, to have a Worship Service.
These times together include more opportunity for sung worship and prayer ministry. The Word of God is, of course, always proclaimed, too. In keeping with our other meetings, we generally have a period of fellowship and visiting after the service is finished. Keep an eye out for when such services are announced! |
OTHER
|
There are various Bible studies and groups that you can be involved in and are organised when necessary. These can be facilitated for men, and women of all ages.
We have access to a number of different resources and materials which are appropriate for people of all stages in their walk with Jesus: for people questioning, for believers just starting out, as well as long-time Christians. Additionally, we do like to host community events, such as game nights, which tend to be a bit more casual. These usually happen on a Saturday evening when they are run. |
